What data we process
When you request a booking we process the details from the form (name, email, phone, address, travel dates, number of guests, message) to answer your request, fulfil the contract and issue the invoice (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Invoice records are kept for seven years as required by law.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time) is processed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and tracking
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. The map loads from OpenStreetMap only after you click.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy also applies.
Booking confirmations and invoices are sent through an email provider bound by a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to [email protected]. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
