Booking and cancellation terms

Booking

A request through this website is not binding. The contract is concluded when we confirm your booking by email.

Payment

The total is payable by bank transfer by the date shown on the invoice. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, payment is due immediately.

Cancellation

Up to 30 days before arrival: free, full refund.
From 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
From 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is not included in the price and is paid on site.

Arrival and departure

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.

House rules

Non-smoking, no pets, no parties. The maximum number of guests must be respected.
